Report Maintenance

maintenance reporting 24 hours a day

Here, you can report and request maintenance for your property any day at any time.

Once you have logged your request, you will be kept up to date as your job progresses. We report all maintenance to owners within one business day. We endeavor to have all maintenance requests actioned within 2 business days. However this can sometimes be longer depending on owner response times. 

If an issue arises that requires urgent attention, you will be able to escalate the matter through the chat service to help determine IF it requires after-hours attention and how the issue can first be isolated to ensure both you and the property are kept safe.
